ASURION 4 Year Office Equipment Protection Plan ($300 - $349.99)

My monitor stopped working, Asurion sent me a shipping label so they could see about repairing it. They couldn’t, so they issued me an Amazon gift card for the original value of the monitor. Honestly the most painless insurance claim I have ever dealt with in my life. I will never skip this add-on because technology can stop working at any time and peace of mind is priceless.

The protection plan was so easy to use. The communication was proactive and clear and my issue was resolved in less than a week.

Glad I got the insurance! Got electric surge and it killed my expensive computer monitor. Although I had to ship it to Asurion, they granted the claim and gave me an Amazon gift card for the full purchase price. Highly recommend for expensive products!

Asurion took excellent care of me. The printer was beyond repair and Asurion reimbursed me for the full amount I paid. Now I just purchased a new printer with the Asurion warranty protection agin. You’d be crazy not to buy the Asurion protection plan. Amen!!!

Insurance company that actually does what they promised

Added this for a product two weeks after buying, by clicking Amazon's Add Protection button. The order details do not specify what item the coverage is for. The original item purchase (which had an 'add protection' button) does not show that coverage has been purchased. The Asurion website does not show my purchase. The website also fails to look up my coverage using the Amazon order number. The Asurion chat rep said they'd send an email detailing this information. The email didn't arrive. zero stars out of five, and I haven't even tried to make a claim yet.

With a 4 year contract they did not even try to fix my two year old printer....would only say it was under the manufactures (1 year ) warranty. They even added I may have to pay to service it. Did get it aproved for repair in June 23 by October of 23 it was sent out for repairs again. Had to buy a new printer to print the shipping label and repair order form. This time it was deemed unfixable...so a gift card for Amazon was issued for the purchase price. Would much rather any refund or gift card could be used to shop where and when I choose.
