Only had it a few days so can’t say what it’s like yet, it seems to mix ok, it’s cost effective for the time it lasts for, will continue using it and see what results I get.

Good value no taste at all . Needs to be mixed well otherwise can be sickly but it does seem to be strong .

I'll admit, there may be some issues with this powder but for the most part it's a great addition to have daily for the health benefits (especially in athletic performance. So call coined the fake natty drug, it's actually a great, natural product.*** Pro's ***- This is an enormous amount of Creatine, it takes about a month of daily use to start working and making a noticeable difference, but generally if you're new to lifting you'd not really be able to visually see a change like that as easy as if you were a few years into it before taking the powder for a few months- The Creatine powder is honestly a great thing for strength training, I've noticed that it improves both strength and volume through bringing water volume to the muscles- The fact you get 7 months worth of creatine for the price is an absolute steal, get this other a protein powder that adds creatine to the mix, you'll be able to save money on both sides and properly control this supplement*** Con’s ***- I mix the creatine with my protein shakes, but if you drink it just with water it can be a little hard to get downIn conclusion, if you're looking for a good creatine powder, I'd highly recommend this one. I think the brand also has one with the addition of caffeine, if that is something you'd like to have then that version is good for pre workout.

First time but but the package is nice and made in Germany , the only thing is it’s not totally Soluble in water I can see the things clearly! Is that normal?

as expected of unflavoured creatine, the flavour is a tough pill to swallow (heheh :3) after taking my dose today of this product, I can see the next seven months will be a challenging battle however I was fully expecting this and most significantly it is one of the best prices for quantity of product. Another benefit is that unlike flavoured creatine all of the product is what you want and is not 'watered down' with flavourings lowering the mass of creatine with each dose.id recommend taking this before a meal so that you can wash the flavour out on rest days and with a protein shake after workouts.Overall, if you can handle bad tasting medicine, you're better of buying this than more expensive flavoured ones.
