Love this product. Our Pomeranian has Black Skin Disease, which is genetic and only found in the spitz breeds (i.e. double coated dogs - Pomeranians, Keeshonds, etc). This product line has actually helped heal Turi's skin issues and she is growing back hair after being practically bald for over 2 years. We even took her to a dermatologist with no luck. We do not care about the hair growth for the look of our Pomeranian, we just want her to be protected from the heat, cold, etc. and we are getting more than we expected. So happy!!!UPDATE MAY 2, 2015: My Pom grew back her fur to an extent, but then lost different parts of her hair so we started back at square one with those spots. We have continued using all over and now she has just a small bald spot near her tail, her tail, and the back of her back legs that still need to grow hair. What she has grown back is thinner than her original coat, but we are happy that she has re-growth so she will have the natural protection from the sun and weather.We have been using the Peppermint & Tea Tree Oil Shampoo, Skin Rescue Lotion, Hot Spot Salve (which is a more concentrated version of the Skin Rescue Lotion and should only be used on small spots simply because it is harder to apply to large areas because it is so thick), and Cell Restoration Créme once the skin turns pink. We did not use the conditioner (did not see a need since she had no hair). We also use Malaseb (a medicated shampoo) once a month in addition to the Dermagic shampoo. Also, and I do not know what bearing this has had on her hair growth, we did change her food about 3 months ago and we have her on a raw diet now (Primal Dog Food). I think all of the changes have worked together but before I made any changes to her routine, I check with her vet and her dermatologist to make sure the products are safe (the biggest possibility is an allergy to an ingredient - the dermatologist said some have allergies to Tea Tree Oil but you won't know until you try it).

This stuff works, my pom lost half of her from the middle of her body to the back. You have to be patient, it took a few months for it to see results but you need to be consistent and apply it daily. im on month 5 and its almost completely back. One bottle will not do the trick, I'm on my 3rd bottle. The price is worth it when you see results.

Our dog had hair loss and dry patches. After we started using this product her skin started to soften and the hair slowly started to come back. Her skin was so hard and dry where she had loss her hair I don't know if she would have started to have hair regrowth without taking getting her skin back to normal.

Purchased to help our pet with skin issues. It did not have any effect on the pet's condition. Would not order again

I purchased The Dermagic System (comes with shampoo, conditioner and two different lotions) for my 10 year old Pomeranian. He was shaved completely bald by the groomer in April and by Sept he was still bald. He had dark patches on this body and when I asked the vet they said maybe he had a hormone issue; they never mentioned black skin disease. Between him being bald and his black patches all over his body so many people kept asking me if he was sick. I started looking up stuff online and thats when I learned about black skin disease and came across dermagic. I figured I had nothing to lose so I bought the whole system. After 2 weeks I could see improvement and within a month I could see black flakes coming off his skin and new hair finally growing in. After following the instructions and using it daily his hair was completely grown back in 3 months! I was amazed by how fast and how amazing this product worked. I am so happy that my Pomeranian finally has hair again.

but I’m still going to use it. I’m having better results using aloe Vera straight from the plant. I’ve seen some hair growth with that and then skin is lightening up.

I'm using the product to help reverse my dogs Alopecia X / BSD. The product seems to be working but I'm also using multiple products Omega 6 and 9 supplements, change of diet (Blue Buffalo no grain), 3mg Melaton as well as regular baths with medicated shampoo.I'm also using the DerMagic shampoo, conditioner and lotion

Very nice cream - so nice I’m even tempted to put it on my own legs. Good sized jar.
