<p>Spread the toothpaste over the portion of the teeth you will be polishing. Polish each area for 1 or 2 seconds while holding the on/off lever. It is recommended that you brush your teeth twice daily and visit your dentist twice a year. Pull slightly upward to change polishing cup. Twist the head counter - clockwise to change battery. Each cup lasts 100 uses, use once every 3 to 4 weeks</p>

<p>Not recommended for use on children 12 years and under. Do not apply too much pressure. The device has a safety feature that will stop if this happens. Clean the product by wiping its body. Then remove the polishing cups and rinse with water. Do not immerse the product in water. This product is not meant to replace daily brushing or visits to your dentist.</p>
