It worked perfectly, for a time. Then it ran out of battery power. It’s rechargeable but didn’t fit my iPhone. In my opinion, the additional cost wasn’t worth it So it was of no use for me.I had an older version for several years. It worked just fine. One battery. Not rechargeable. I immediately bought another with all of the updated parts. Was the very same company.Very disappointed. It was my own fault..... I should have contacted the manufacturer. Perhaps you’ll be smarter than I was.Otherwise, it’s an excellent little tool. Lightweight, convenient and perfect, if you’re a traveler. Very easy to clean. But you DO need to clean it after every use.UPDATE:This company sent me a total refund without my asking for it. They also will include a cord for recharging the battery in the item for future purchases. I’m very very impressed and will definitely do business with them in the future.

I’ve had my YoHoolYo shaver for about a year now. I’ve had no complaints, as it always worked well for me. Sadly, I think it’s time to lay it to rest. Seems as if the facial hair remover attachment is either dull or is warped after hundreds of uses. I don’t see that replacement heads are offered.Farewell, my dear friend. I will miss our daily interactions.

I have only had this for a week but the quality seems good. It works as intended but does not feel quite as sharp as the last one I ordered from Amazon which was no longer available. By sharp, I mean that I had to go over the area more to get the same smooth feeling as I did with my old one. But it does the job and has a few nice attachments. It would have been nice if the bag was a bit larger to hold all the attachments and cord for travel. Overall I still give it a 4+.

Updated to 5 stars: I learned the trick to getting it and keeping it working again!!! You have to open up the part at the top where the trimmer head is and clean out the hair. I didn't even know that part opened and there was nothing in the instructions about it. When I first opened it, I realized that there was so much hair in there that the motor couldn't turn. Regular tweezers we're too big to get into the tiny crevices, so I bought some micro tweezers on Amazon and it works fantastic!!!! Now I just clean it out once a week or two and it works wonderfully. I use it about 1-2x's per week on my upper lip, and now that I learned the maintenance trick it's been running smoothly for months and months.

Bought this 1.5 months ago. The first time it was just great. The 2nd use it took about 4x's the amount of time to use. I cleaned it, charged it... Nothing. The third time it removes zero. I hardly even have any facial hair and what I do have is fine. I wanted my makeup to go on smoother. I doubt this would work for course hair like I've seen some ask about.Only the regular circular attachment ever worked. I tried them all and got nothing to come off. I'm really disappointed in this. I wanted it to work. 😔***UPDATE***Customer service reached out to me (I didn't know how to contact them before leaving a review) and offered a refund since the item no longer worked. She said she was having somebody review the item to find out what went wrong. CS goes a long way! While I wouldn't repurchase, I would feel totally safe buying form this company.

i used this one, and it’s a nice trimmer/shaver... i just wouldn’t recommend this for bikini parts unless you have longer hair! i tried the eyebrow trimmer and mine didn’t work, but that’s okay. i usually get them waxed anyway. it’s decently easy to clean, the brush is a little small so you have to use it kinda aggressively lol! anyway, overall good product.update: honestly it isn’t the best working out there. the one i bought before was way better at shaving (can’t remember the name) so i mainly only use this on peach fuzz and to touch up my eyebrows because it isn’t able to shave anywhere else , sadly.

Very easy to change attachments and charge. I wish it had just a bit more power behind it. Working much better than most of the grooming/trimming products I have bought over the years.

I used this the same day that I received it. I used it for the peach fuzz on my face and then trimmed and shaped my eyebrows. It took a bit longer than expected to remove the hair on my face- I didn’t feel that I had too much. Also, just two days after, my face broke out like it hasn’t had in years and I’m pretty sure it’s related, but can’t say for sure.

I loved this product! When it came in I was unsure because it was so small and quaint but as soon as I tried it for the first time I fell in love with it. It comes with four heads, I only use 2-3 as needed. The original one goes on the skin very smooth, there’s no chance of nicks or cuts. It’s very powerful to use in all different areas with varying hair sizes. The next main razors I used was the brow one and I was shocked with how much I liked it. Again, no way for it to cut you really and it came with a cover to cut down long eyebrow hairs. It was very nice and I don’t think I’ll be using any other razors again. I highly recommend this!

I received this as a gift. It is 11 months and it just doesn’t work properly. Not happy with the shaver. It worked at the beginning but then it is making noice and doesn’t cut. I expected it to work a lot longer. Today November 19, I was told that I’m getting a new shaver. I do hope that the new one will last for a very long time.

I was looking for something to remove those pesky hairs/peach fuzz. Shaving isn't always an option and I've cut myself more times than I'd like to admit. This device is great! So easy and handy and works better than any razor. Plus, the convenience of being able to bring it with me so I can use it at any given moment is a bonus that has actually been a real relief on those days where a stray hair pops up and you don't have a razor or a pair of tweezers. I read the reviews prior to purchasing the item and was pleasantly surprised that it worked as well as all the reviews stated. Very happy with my purchase.

The YOHOOLYO Women Hair Remover Facial Hair Removal does a decent job of trimming hair, but I have to go over the area several times to get all the hair. It's the first trimmer of its kind that I've tried, so I can't really compare it to anything else. Strongly thought about returning it, but I'll keep it. The attachments feel cheap, so I don't expect this trimmer to last long.PROS:1. Guides for the eyebrow and bikini attachments2. Cute little bag to keep attachments in.3. Easy USB charging.CONS:1. Not enough power to do the job. I threw it away after a few tries so now it is landfill contamination. Don’t purchase...was my first review of this product. But I was dead wrong. The company contacted me and said my device was defective and they were reviewing product production to determine what happened.They promptly refunded my payment and sent me a gift, too.Not too many companies go this distance for a customer. I am totally impressed and would not hesitate to purchase any of their products in the future.They are a 5 star company.Carilol

I bought this to replace and old Revlon that I had for 15 years. All of the features work great except for the small trimmer - best to use inside the ear and nostrils. I just can’t seem to get a good trim with that piece. All the other extensions work great. The battery charged lasts quite awhile.

When i got this in, I immediately plugged it in to charge and when I came back a few hours later and turned it on, the razor did not work. After trying using the cord that came with the razor, I plugged the razor straight in to charge using the USB but that also did not work. I tried to charge it two more times after that and it still doesnt work so I'm just guessing it came broken.---EDIT:The customer service is amazing and so sweet. They contacted me about my review, gave me a refund, and sent me another razor. Amazing customer service!!!
