I was pleasantly surprised that this dog toy actually works! It is well constructed - easy to assemble - and after about 10 days, my puppy operates it on his own. He loved it from the start but I had to turn the device so the treats would exit. It keeps him busy and even after chewing on one of the side screws, he didn’t do any damage. Now he is just focused on using his paw to rotate the test dispenser. One caveat is the need for the right size treat to come out. I used two sizes of puppy kibble after finding that treats I had were either too large or too small.

 Winter loves this feeder! It keeps her from getting bored.

Took my dog a day to figure out, but now that she knows how boy does it serve its purpose as a slow feeder. What used to take her 1min to do, now takes her almost 10min. She was one of those dogs who ate like she had never been fed before and always had gas problems because of it. That's all in the past now! It worked for us, but I'd like to see bigger sturdier versions of this in the future, because I cant imagine this working out for dogs over 50lbs. In the end you have nothing to lose; at the very least you gain a slow feeding plate.

This is well made and works great. I have Border Collies so they have to bend over and really scrunch to get their muzzle into the feeding area after making the food drop but the toy is well enough made it stays in one piece as they work at it. It's a nice little work out for them, doesn't take a really long time but isn't super simple either.

These are a good set. Not perfect, but close. A previous set didn't do well letting the food out. It would get clogged up and not come out into the bowl. This feeder does not have that issue. My one complaint is the waterer. It works well but fills the bowl up to the rim. If you have a cat or dog that is a messy drinker or plays with the water it's going to be a mess. Wish it wouldn't fill it quite so full! Overall I'd buy these again as that work well.

This is a good automatic feeder! Because we travel a lot, it is not good to bring cats, so we don't have to worry about being hungry because we have enough water and food these days!

I am very happy with this food and water feeder, plus the bonus brush! The set is sturdy and the plastic is 100% safe for my fur baby. Both feeders are skid proof, which is an added bonus. I don't have to worry about the feeders sliding on the floor or Nibbles (my cat) spilling food or water on the floor.The customer service is 5*!!! There is music that plays when the tray from the automatic cat feeder rotates, and one day when I got home it kept playing. Went to look and the tray was stuck. The trays weren't even completely filled with food. I went ahead and just pushed it to the next tray which then it worked fine for another day and got stuck again. Only had it for a week. It was good while it lasted so the idea was great but had to return it.
