USB Receiver for JOYACCESS Keyboard and Mouse Combo(for Model No.: JA-CB2, JA-CB2R) -New Version Since July.2018

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This was the only one available. This does fit my old computer - HP Pavillion from 2016 - it does not fit my new computer HP Laptop. I don't understand why the USB is not the same size on all computers. Only thing I can think of is that this way I would have to buy another keypad. Pretty poor business practice.

I followed all the steps that I was given by the company and nothing worked. I still had to buy a new keyboard set because I was missing the USB for the old one and this replacement did not work.

I was so upset when I found out I lost USB receiver but then I saw I could order this since I bought my combo in 2019 and it worked I am so happy I was nervous it wasn't going to after reading some reviews but I'm glad it.All I did was click "esc + =" on my keyboard first then I plugged in the usb to my laptop and followed the instructions on the screen it told me to press the key "Z" to the right of the shift key on the left side of the keyboard and the key "?" to the left of the shift key on the right side of the keyboard and it workedThen you unplug the usb from your computer/laptop for the mouse setup.Then for the mouse I made sure it was on and I clicked the little wifi button on the back of it a red light showed up in the front and then I plugged in the usb again and it worked.

It didnt work with my JK3

Is not compatible with the Joyaccess KB2US keyboard. I have tried all the possible instructions there are in the comments and their website and none of it works.

This is a great replacement product since my original receiver got wet and stopped working.The pairing instructions are a great help. It was very easy to pair the keyboard and the mouse.I would not recommend this product for gaming, there are gaming peripherals that will serve the purpose much better.

Commenter Melissa below has the right instructions for pairing both the M5 mouse and the KB2US keyboard. Super pleased this worked and I didn’t have to replace my set!
