Pull gunk out of acne
I have tried other hydrocolloid patches and I prefer these over the others. I like that they are clear and come in two sizes. You also receive a larger guantity when comparing to other popular brands. Only downside I have found is waiting for them to arrive at my house.

The best that I have used
Best patches I have ever used!I had a pimple that was a hard white head, very stubborn... and it's not usual for me. I tried other patches but they did not help. Then, I used this one, and the problem was immediately resolved.

Great for the occasional breakout, but too pricey for everyday use.
This was my first shot with hydrocolloid patches (ie. pimple patches), and overall I was quite impressed. I think my expectations were a teensy bit too high initially, but after giving these a full trial, I think it's safe to say that these are a solid product. 👍🏻Depending on the type of pimple, you'll likely get slightly different results. I was hoping that these would help bring hidden pimples to the surface, but that didn't turn out to be the case. If the pimple is under the skin and the skin is NOT broken, it won't pull the pus up to the surface. Rather, and possibly even more ideally, placing these patches onto closed pimples with fully intact skin will actually SHRINK the pimple - within a day typically, maybe two if it's super bad, it'll just... poof! Disappear.Alternatively, if you place this on a pimple that has either a) already breached the surface or b) has been picked previously, it WILL draw the pus towards the surface. This is nice because then it's as simple as taking a tissue and gently wiping it away after that. This can work in as little as an hour, though it's ideal to keep it on for longer if possible. What these basically do is they keep your wound (because pimples ARE technically wounds) completely sealed off from the air, dirt, germs, oils, and other possible irritants that would affect the healing process (not to mention they keep the temptation to pick far away!) and allows the pimple to heal extra fast. It's like a bandaid, but on steroids kinda? lolThe hydrocolloid in the patches only speeds up the healing even further, providing a perfectly sealed, moist environment for healing. While a picked at pimple may start to scab and dry up after a time, with these patches the skin is kept safe and soft, healing at it's own perfect rate. Also, if you struggle with excoriation like I do, then you're really in luck! Hydrocolloid patches were initially created to treat small cuts and wounds - so that coupled with the small, convenient sizes make this a perfect combo to fight bad picking habits! With the patch on, you can't pick at or reopen old wounds, forcing you to allow them to heal.I wear them in between showers, so about two days at a time, and have had no issues work then falling off, though your skin type may effect this. To note, I have a mix of oily/dry skin, and for the most part had no issues. I leave them off for anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours after my shower to allow the skin too "breathe," and then I replace them. For pimples, I find it can take anywhere between about half a day to 3 days to fully heal, though if you're confident you won't pick at it, you could probably remove it even sooner. The length of time is just a bit of extra precaution on my part. For other cuts and wounds, it REALLY depends on the severity just how long you'll need to wear it. For scratches and scrapes, 1-2 days usually works for me. For blisters, blood blisters, scabs, deeper cuts, and craterous wounds caused from picking or scratching, I've found that healing can take anywhere from a day to a full week.Every body is different, so you'll have to try it out yourself to get an exact feel for what you'll need ultimately. In review, what I like about this product:+ Convenient and easy to use+ Not glaringly visible at all - you could probably go to school or even work (depending on your job, ie. not working directly with customers all day) with them on and it wouldn't cause much of a stir+ Rarely fall off or lose their adhesiveness (unless you attempt to reuse it (don't), replace it, or shower/bathe with it)+ Draws pus towards the surface of open wounds/pimples, while shrinking and ultimately erasing closed/hidden wounds/pimples.+ Comes in 3 different sizes+ I have very sensitive skin and had zero issues with these causing any form of irritation, redness, etc.+ Once these went on, I almost never noticed them after that. It's like they're not even there. What I dislike about this product:- If you only have the occasional breakout, these are great to have on hand, but if you're fighting a war, these will be gone within the week, if not sooner. I recommend buying full size hydrocolloid patches and using scissors to cut them to the size you need; a little bit more work for a lot more savings.- The seller seems skeezy asf, and while the product is great, I wouldn't purchase from LeCushe again. They promise you a $15 Amazon credit for a 5 star review, which is not only an ethical concern about honesty, but is against Amazon's TOS for offering incentives for positive reviews.- I never could find it what the heck the difference between the "night" and "day" patches were. I honestly don't think there was one, so marketing then as two separate patches that do two separate things just seems weird and dishonest to me.- There were no directions, and while it's pretty self explanatory, they would have still been appreciated.- For whatever reason, the "night" patches came in the advertised 3 different sizes, which I very much liked, but the "day" patches were all the same size, which left me with an awkward amount of just that one size after the others ran out.- There were perforations on the sheets of the "night" patches that allowed for easy removal, but the "day" sheets had no perforations, making them notably harder to peel off. With no instructions or explanation, I found this to be pretty annoying.**NOTE: THIS RATING IS SOLELY FOR THE PRODUCT ITSELF, NOT THE SELLER!**

Best hydrocolloid patches
I have chronic hormonal acne that has not gone away with years of both OTC treatments & prescription medication and was introduced to pimple patches a year ago as a method of dealing with the worst of it. I've been using different brands each time (and sharing them with my housemate) and bought this one because I thought the name was funny. But actually, out of the 6 brands I've tried, this is THE BEST.The packaging is great. The dots come on perforated paper (split down the middle of each row) so they are easy to remove from the plastic without creasing. The plastic sheets are not a bunch of tiny perforated squares but rather long strips that stay attached when you only take off one dot, so you are not dealing with throwing out a billion little slivers of plastic each time you use any.The bag comes with multiple sheets each in their own smaller packet that are easy to open, then the bag itself has a resealing zipper so the open packet stays fresh. The size of the dots is good, not too big and not too small. The dots are very good at staying put and I've even had them stay on just fine if I apply moisturizer or sunscreen on the surrounding skin and it accidentally gets on it. They've survived being out in the rain. I could get them to stay on places with beard/body hair even and they wouldn't yank it out when I removed them. The amount of gunk they soak up is great. If you have a particularly nasty refilling cyst/pimple, you do need to remember to remove it within a few hours or it has the chance of getting really mushy (and turning to goo when you try to peal it off), but this is expected behavior and better than 2 of the brands I tried that would only soak up to a certain point and then whatever formed past that would build up in/on the skin again. They are not completely invisible (no hydrocolloid patch is) but they are a lot less noticeable than most other brands. The only other one that did better was tinted tan to match the skin but only looked OK on certain skin tones (worked better on me than my tanner housemate), so I think untinted like these is the way to go.I don't know what CICA is but compared to patches that say they only contain tea tree oil, these handle inflamation way better. The skin is flatter and barely (if at all) red by the time I remove the patch. I tend to get really nasty deep pimples that refill repeatedly, but these patches have like a 90% success rate on preventing them from refilling because they deal with the inflamation that's causing it.Price wise, these are middle of the road (at least for the big 100+ packs), but it's better when they're on sale. Worth it regardless.TL;DR best pimple patches, highly recommend

Not so great.
Decent, there’s better options out there. Doesn’t absorb well.
