The gaiters arrived in a timely manner and has a carry bag included which is a plus. The material inside is nylon and feels soft and helps keep the legs warm. Better to use during rain or snow when the weather is colder/wetter and keeps the dust and precipitation off the pant legs. The Velcro helps hold it together but it can be a little rough at the ends if your pant is not thick enough. Goes well with jeans imho. It would be better if the seller includes the instructions and marketing documents in the shipment. Best for buyers to refer to Amazon listing pictures in the meantime. Otherwise quality product, thick, warm, and doesn't feel like it will rip easily. Recommended.

I bought these to climb Mt Shasta (CA). I'm 6 feet 185 pounds and the LARGE was very tight, but they were excellent! The under-boot strap held for an 8 hour climb, and they kept my legs and feet warm in freezing temps. The main Velcro is super strong and once I put them on, I never worried about them coming loose. I recommend you order X Large if you're an adult male, but otherwise these are fantastic!

my husband really likes those gaiters, they were invaluable addition when we snow-shoed up in Banff canada and again in Vermont. They keep him warm and protect from the snow getting into boots - they're perfect! He definitely needed size large - keep in mind you're gonna be wearing few layers of cloting so your "legs are gonna be thicker"

One of the clasps that holds them on broke very first time I put them on and had to send them back. Had to buy a much more expensive set locally because of time constraints. Bummer.

These are exceptional quality and I would have loved to keep them but unfortunately the one size fits all doesn't work for me with a thick calf muscle since i could not close mid calf area. Shin bone length too long for me also. I'm 5ft 3in. If you are tall and have skinny lower leg you'll love them. Color teal blue is gorgeous and the fleece lining is a bonus. Ah well, they are going back.

For such inexpensive gaiters these were great. Definitely make sure you check the size though so they fit around your calves.
