The Manager`s Path: A Guide for Tech Leaders Navigating Growth and Change Paperback – 24 March 2017

This is one of those book which took a lot of time for me to complete, and the reason was the level of detailing it has, I call that meat in it. It surely gives a great insight on all the engineering levels with really nice examples. I would surely recommend this book to engineering leaders.

Go ahead, and get yourself a copy of it. Entertaining stuff ...importantly take the essence out of the book....not necessary you need to follow everything stated there.

Well written but if you have been in business for a while, it seems like common sense. Good read for beginners.

This book approaches the typical conundrum technology companies face - how to make someone who is good in technology into a people manager. And this book tackles it masterfully. As someone who has been in this space - this book is refreshing business look at this problem that is usually seen from an HR lens. This is a practitioner telling you how to go about it. Absolute must read.
