TDLR: It really makes my hair very very black. The black that I searching for.I was always went with their Jet Black but It's not black at all, my hair is still obviously brownish black not jet black. They should stop advertise as jet black seriously. I stuck with it for 7 months only because this brand offers very minimal smell and No black stain which is deal a breaker for me. I try to do more research if they offer another options for black which from my research they do have 3 different options of black so I ask AI which one is the darkest. And AI told me to go with this one. Price is almost double from the other 2. They should be good and worth my money. lol It's barely cover my head but came out satisfying. My reddish brown is finally gone. I'm so happy. Very minimal smell. I have to cover my grey hair every 2 months. Finally I found something that I will stick with.

My color did not come out as bright as pictured on the box my hair is really dark so I may have needed a lifter. Any who I am extremely happy with the product and results, it is indeed a very pretty red.

If I could give 10 stars on this product, I would I purchased about four packs every month

Redder than I anticipated. But I love it! I have very dark brown hair with natural highlights.

I do love this color, but it does fade. I'm a white girl with very dark and coarse hair, and it turned out just like the box picture, but it faded within a couple weeks, even putting some dye in my conditionor to try to keep its color. I've changed to the Fade resistant dye from this brand, keeps so much better!

The bottle got super warm and it took over and hour to turn black. It's wasn't even black it was like a really dark brown. When I opened it the product burst all over my sink. I threw it away. Never buying from them again.

I am impressed with this formula. As someone with dark brown hair who likes to add color, I approve of this product. Im loving my cherry red color. The product mixture did not trigger my breathing issues as some do with their potent chemicals. Dye mixed easily and fast, color is almost instant when adding into hair. Hair was soft as I was rinsing the product out, no resistance. The conditioner was nice, smelled great and left my hair soft. I had lightened my hair in a prior dye job so the color may seem a bit lighter but my roots are a nice dark cherry. I really do love this product.

I use to have my hair coloured st the salon, but started to do my own color last year. I have dreadlocks and I recently cut 6” to bring them back to shoulder length. My natural hair color is black, but have been wearing a dark blonde color for awhile. I also have gray that frames my face and some throughout the locs. The last color used was burgundy and it was a different brand.I truly like the color shown on the box and when looking at the expected color on the back of the box I was excited about using this color. Because my hair is locked, I had to use 2 boxes to get full coverage. To try to achieve a lighter color I decided to leave the color in fir 50-55 minutes. After washing, I could see some of the blonde, but it was nothing like the dark to golden color on the back of box. My gray was covered only 50% which was also disappointing. I can say after washing and conditioning my hair was soft. I know some products do leave my locs a little brittle. I’m on the fence about recommending since the color may work better in natural (non-loc) or straight/permed hair. I may give the product another try, if so, I would need to use 3 boxes, leave on longer, and try a lighter color.
