The case itself is pretty much okay. Very basic, very standard. You're supposed to read the instructions before messing with it. But you can't. The instructions, such as they are, are sealed inside the case itself. Once you figure out how to wrangle the case open while worried you might rip or crack something, you'll find the poorly translated and scant instructions. Getting the phone in the case is not very difficult, but I would strongly advise doing so in a very, very clean space after thoroughly and completely wiping both your phone and the interior of the case with the included cloth. Do not attempt this on your couch, the kitchen, etc. as the screen appears to have amazing attractive powers for the least little speck, scrap of lint, or pet hair that will trap itself on the inside and be extremely visible when the screen is lit. It took me probably a dozen times of off/on to finally be satisfied. Oh, and your fingers will perfectly align while doing this to the exact positions needed to trigger the emergency alert. Every time. Once on, the touch screen operates generally fine although you may have some issues with entering your unlock verification code unless you press the keys a bit harder and slower than normal. Under harsh fluorescent lighting, say a standard office setting, you will have an annoying iridescent sheen to your touch screen. I can't attest to the waterproofing or dropping protection as yet, and hope I will not have to put it to the test.So I knew this case wouldn't be a showstopper in the looks department, and that's fine. That's not why I bought it. I wanted the other features and wanted the color of the back of my phone to show through. Once you go through the maddening process of installing the phone in the case, then you're pretty much good to go. The prismatic shine is a mild to moderate annoyance, the included kickstand is really, really flimsy, but functional, the protective flaps over the on/off switch and charging portal are a bit difficult to pull back out of the way, but still a nice feature to have for sealing out moisture and debris. It's okay. Nothing more. Nothing less.

I wanted a case that would protect both sides of my new iPhone XR, but I didn't want the stick-on type of screen cover. The integrated front screen in the Temdan solved the problem. Covers the vulnerable glass edges where most cracks start and chips occur. Well made and easy to put on and doesn't affect touch sensitivity. Managed to trap one speck of something on the screen side when I put it on the first time. Was dreading removing the case to clean it, but it was far easier than I imagined. Great cover, especially for the price. I've paid more than double for cases half as good.

I tried Temdan's waterproof version which offers more protection however it distorted speech dramatically. This offers clear speech but slightly less dirt and dust protection and no waterproofing. It does seem to offer splash and rain protection just not submersion. The case snaps together tightly but easily. The screen protector doesn't interfere with any of the touch screen operations or hinder facial recognition. For the price its on par with much more expensive cases.

This case is a great value. It is the right size and not bulky like some cases. I like the fact that it has a glass protector on both sides of the case. The only problem I had was figuring out how to get the case open to install the iPhone. It would help if the instructions were a little clearer.

This case offers decent protection without being bulky. I have dropped my phone with this case and it was well protected. I like having the screen protector, and it does not seem to impact the sensitivity of the touchscreen.

I don't dig that, somehow, particles get into the case. It's like dust or something. Sometimes they are large enough to be annoying. But the case is easy to take apart and clean.The front cover plastic scratches pretty easily.

I was looking for a case for my XR that also protects the screen. This one fit the bill. I would have preferred another color instead of the black edges, but at least the phone color shows through the back of the case.

Fits my new iphone XR well. Can provide a full protection. I don't need to use a screen protector. The quality is very good. I am very satisfied!
