Seller unhelpful when no charger supplied, and regused to give refund or exchange. Had to go through Amazon for a refund. What a fuss. By the way, the actual product is excellent. I purchased one from another seller, and it works very well, and has been of great help already - have used the foot pump and the jump leads.

Does not start car
Very poor product first time needed to use to start flat battery failed even though it had been fully charged and indicators all showed full charge available. Had to leave connected for an hour to finally get enough power to start car.Compressor does not inflate tyres just makes a noise.

Frustration.. Failed to Jump!
On both ocassions i have used it fully charged it has failed to jump my vehicle. Frustrating as it had good reviews.
