Tasteless!
I am very disappointed in this cheese it was quite pricey and had great reviews but it has no flavor and melting is difficult, will not buy again.

Just what I remember from Italy.......melts nicely in pasta dishes and pairs well with fruit. Happy to have found it on Amazon
