Love the umbrella! Survived storms and downpours, have it with me every day. After 4 years of use one of the umbrella ribs broke. Sent them an email. Extremely fast response and new umbrella was sent out within few hours of my first email. I just received replacement umbrella and I have to say this has been best service I have ever received. This is the best umbrella i've ever had.Ordered this after getting tired of fighting with my previous umbrella. This umbrella is everything all the other reviews said. It's strong enough to resist the winds of winter, has good coverage, and is easy to open. Was so pleased today when it was able to endure the buffets of the wind that I started laughing. Anyway, it's rly great. It's worth the price. I didn't even know it was possible for an umbrella to not turn inside out when it's raining and the wind is blowing.The only possible issue could be that you have to hold on tight because as it's resisting the wind, the umbrella lifts up and could fly away. However, i put the loop around my wrist so it was fine.
