I started taking Ruby Red Oil on my son's recommendation. We both had high cholesterol readings. I am a retired registered nurse and was a little skeptical. We've been using a probiotic for years. Got this product for hubby because manufacturer says its Astaxanthin reduces swelling in the intestine. To date, my husband has not noticed lessened pain from decreased swelling, and the changes to his evacuation process which he has noticed is not one he likes.
