Yep it is good.
I have 12706 but 12715 is way too good. I connect it with PC SMPS with 4 pin power cable for CPU. Technically 120 Watts. It freezes 1 table spoon of water in 10-15 sec. On the hot side I connected a 4 heat pipe CPU cooler. Really it is good.

Waste waste product
This is worse I had seen. Not useful. Even it can not have temp. As low as 10degree. Friends don't buy it to loose your hard money

Not the coolest one !!
I connected this to 12v 10amps DC supply with large heatsink with fan on hot side and comparitively smaller HS on cold side.. even after running it for 20 to 40 minutes... it could not freeze a drop of water put on the cold side heat sink... it just feels cold if touched... not good for making refrigeration unit...
