Lots better than tasting the liquid alone

I watched a video that talked about all the amazing things Black Seed Oil does for the body. In some country's this is a fix all they say. I am not sure but I have been taking them for a while with other supplements and I am feeling great.

I took this everyday for about 3 months . I had high hopes . I just really did not notice much of a difference . I am VERY disappointed . I guess I need to try a more purer and potent brand . I still have faith in Black Seed Oil .

I have been buying this product for quite a while. So many great benefits and this is an awwsome brand! I've purchased the liquid and I don't mind the taste at all (it's VERY earthy), it is just so much more convenient for me to have capsules and take it when I take my other vitamins. I also make cosmetic products and cold process soap and buy black seed oil for certain products I make. Outstanding skin benefits. I know you really can't make claims on natural supplements but I will just say this. Years ago I took heartburn medicine daily. The purple pill and chewables and I thought , "There has to be a better solution" So after researching for a LONG time, I started taking 3 things; A digestive enzyme supplement, Mastic Gum and this product. I took this regimine for 60 days (twice a day) and after I was finished with that first round, I stopped and only took the digestive enzyme once a day before eating. That was in 2013 and I have not taken any heartburn medicine since then. A miracle? I don't know about that but it worked. Now occasionally I still feel like I'm getting a little heartburn but I can take one of each from the original regimen and it goes away. I always have this product at home.
