Awful
I wrote to complain about the quality of this soda and nobody got back to me. It is flimsy, uncomfortable as a sofa and awful to put together. Would be pleased for someone to take it back and give me my money back.

Good price, nice style but have some tools to hand
I had a couple of issues when I received it (missing screws etc) but the company were very responsive to my message and sent the next day. The sofa is now built and looks stylish, comfortable and a good price given its also a sofa bed. A word of caution though, the instructions show that all you need is 2 people and a screwdriver. That's not true in my opinion. I'm a single mum and was going to build it with my son but needed my very strong friend with his tools to help. The feet are to be screwed in, but there are no pre-drilled holes and there was no way you can screw those into solid wood. It also needs assembling whilst in awkward up-ended position.I did message the Co about this, and they suggest it should be possible as the wood is soft, I disagree so just be prepared to have an extra pair of hands and a tool kit, at least a drill.

looks good but too hard
Delivery was brilliant. settee looks ace, after some faffing about putting it together. The chaise bit is very short, if your 5 foot 5 or less then it'll be ok. It is VERY hard to sit on. not comfortable at all. if I had sat on it before, I would not have brought it. More for a waiting room.

Damaged product, not comfy either
Product came damaged, annoying because it was one of the final parts when assembling. Assembly was really difficult. Comfort was shocking. Avoid if possible.

Very pleased!
I'm so happy with this sofa. It looks great and it's very comfortable! What else, it's not too soft so it doesn't let you sit in some spine-unstraightening position.

The Sofa its self is fine, a little hard as some say but its OK. It's built with basic canvas, cushioning and a wooden frame building it was OK but I must admit, what a nightmare to get some of the screw in. It's been built very cheaply for the £300 and probably wouldn't spend that amount back on it again. The lorry driver also turned up with the sofa, left it with us and then had to come back as we realised there was no screws or bolts. He had to give us spare ones
