I believe this is a great product overall and is exactly what they say it is. Four stars because of a few things. It does not have a kickstand which by now should be standard. While the design is streamlined, I believe they could make them thinner and lighter with equal durability. They should have the options of anti-reflective screen cover and security (low viewing angle) versions.

After reading other reviews I went full surgical and used gloves and cleaned my work station from any dust that may ruin the installation; and despite having reinstalled the case several times now, I still get complaints about how "far" I sound when talking on the phone. Additionally, I have also noticed some moisture accumulating on the back of the case, I think i may have been sent a faulty unit. It's worth noting that i have not dropped my phone.The last couple of things is that I have had hard times unlocking my phone using the fingerprint sensor(hit and miss) and the heart beat sensor will not read my pulse(at all) with this case on.

This case worked great and I used it when I swam with otters. Doesn't block the mic either. Can't wait to free dive with it. I only use this case when I know I'm going to be in water because it is a little bulky but protected.

Works right if you follow instructions. Warning, don't play on it so much because it can overheat due to the secure water and air seal.

Worked to protect my phone from the water. Sound isnt muffled or distorted while playing music or taking videos. I did break my phones screen thru the case but I'm sure it was the roughness of the river.

This case could have NOT fit my Note 9 worse! None of the side buttons line up even 1%. Package says Note9. What a waste of time.

Yea its completely waterproof but can't talk on phone sounds muffled

The only thing I like about this product is the features I has like shock proof, water proof, dust proof etc etc. The screen protector isnt properly on the screen making typing annoying sometimes with mispelled words or having to tap on the screen a little harder then usual.
