I’ve tried my share of mid-to-up-market olive oils including not just national brands like O and Bionaturae but also artisinal, family operations like Organic Roots Farm, even the “Olio Nuovo” 1st-flush of harvest that’s greener and fresher. Nothing compares. This is by far the most delicious, freshest-tasting, most full-bodied and well-rounded flavor, gently green, floral, and mildly sweet all at once. I struggle to even _describe_ how _vastly_ superior this unfiltered Carapelli is! A true delight! It has a vitality hard to put into words. I won’t look back: it’s Carapelli unfiltered from now on! Bonus points for very sturdy bottles with excellent pour control and substantial, secure caps, plus a nifty design that provides good grip. I heartily recommend this amazing oil from Carapelli to anyone interested in excellent olive oil at what for the quality is quite a reasonable price.

Wonderful Olive Oil. Most people just cook with this Oil but it can be taken in Tablespoon form. Great for Heart Health,Lowers Bad cholesterol,Raises Good cholesterol,lowers disease risks, wonderful for inflammation,etc. Want to add extra health to your life? Here it is.I personally start my morning with 1 Tablespoon Full. How do I know this Olive Oil is the, " Good Stuff" ? When you take it by the spoon, you will feel a slight burn at the back of the throat, this is what you want. 2 Tablespoons a day will change your life.I love the pour spout this GLASS bottle has. Even if you do not buy this brand, stay away from PLASTIC BOTTLES, oils and other foods can leach plastic from the bottle.

I love this Olive oil, excellent to cook and make special dressing

I got a smaller size of the Carapelli Organic Unfiltered olive oil (16.9 oz) locally and this 33.8 oz size is like a completely different and inferior product. The smaller size is sort of cloudy, it has an intoxicating aroma, and a much bolder taste, like fresh pressed olive oil. It adds a such wonderful flavor to everything, it’s perfect for drizzling and dipping. This larger size was completely clear, and did not smell great or taste all that different from the “big box store” brand or any generic extra virgin olive oil. It was sealed and the packaging looks legit but I have to question what is going on because it’s so wildly different that I almost feel duped? I am not impressed with the quality control, and won’t be ordering this product again, because who knows what I will get? I’ll be looking for a more consistent brand.

This USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC EVOO is unfiltered. It comes in a dark glass bottle which preserves the flavor, color & aroma. It has a unique nutty flavor with hints of green leaves & apples. It's free of harmful pesticides, toxic chemicals & artificial ingredients, which allows the flavors to really pop. It's a culinary essential in our house. We only use olive oil & avocado oil. We've also started taking a tablespoon on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning. This helps with G.I. issues!
