Working for me, I have been using this with a iodine supplement and Himalayan supplement. I think this is the key ingredient with the iodine has worked good for me. The last bottle I received the capsules were stuck together in the container but I plan to keep using this product it has made a difference in my prostate health.

I’ve tried 5 or 6 different prostate brands over the years. Nothing worked. Every brand had reviews where some people said it worked for them and other reviews where guys said they didn’t notice any difference with flow or urgency or trips to the bathroom at night. I’ve been taking this for over 3 weeks now and my flow has improved, I don’t have that horrible urgency to pee and last night I didn’t get up once. I’m really happy with this stuff. Works great for me. I’m 74.
