Q: I ordered blackberry but i received black cherry. how can i get this resolved?

When I've received the wrong item (color, flavor), I call Amazon and send them (if desired) a picture of what I received plus a copy of the order. They've always been good (to me) in sending me the corrected item.

Q: Does this need to be refeigerated once opened?

Yes. it says on label to refrigerate after opening.

Q: Is this puree seedless?

Yes, it is seedless. (And very sweet.) Delicious, though.
