The perfect laptop!
This laptop is exactly the right size. It's not too bulky nor heavy. The touchscreen makes using it even easier. Tablet mode is awesome. It has really good battery life to boot. Small and light compared to other laptops and that makes it easy to travel with. It has plenty of power to do my daily routine.

Window 11 does not activate
The computer is fine; but Window 11 that was supposed to come on the laptop will not activate. I tried to reach out to the seller and I did not hear back.

Worked fine, no problems with setup, would have liked a user manual but other than that there were no issues and the unit was in excellent condition.
