The little "mat" couldn't even fit two of my elbows let alone knees, had two holes in it, and looks like it's been rolled through dirt at least ten times. The handles are loose and can be taken off by a toddler, and overall the thing feels like it will fall apart at any given time (which it will thanks to the handles). It works, but you need to superglue the handles on and the knee mat thingy is unusable. I got the black one in case that plays a role. For $7 it makes sense if you're desperate, but you definitely get what you pay for - junk! To put things into perspective, I would just return it but the hassle of doing so isn't worth such a small amount of money.

The roller is okay, the knee pad was a disapointment. It is not worth returning for 8 dollars but would not buy again

Easy to balance and handle.
