Literally a tall glass of water is what you get from the cool water side. Haven't used it since the first and only 5 gallon bottle of water.

Very good product that will last and can handle 5 gallon containers easily. Very good product

Had it about a month and the room temp spicket leaking. Not sire what the issue was but few days later it stopped and has now been working perfectly.

The cold water is no longer after 6 months. I thought this brand is great but am proving wrong.

Unit works fine and cools water ok. Doesn't make water cold but it is cool enough to be acceptable. Only bad thing about this unit is that it adds a very plastic taste to the water. The taste is very chemical or plastic in nature and definitely can't be good for you. I have tried the water on its own and it tastes fine but once I run it through the machine it tastes awful. I have also tried to run a lot of water through hoping it was just something caused by it being new but the taste still remains.

I have had this water cooler for work for about 10 months now. Works well and no issues. Getting a second for another location.

I had high hopes for this machine. After first bottle the taste started changing foul. Also water leaking inside Machine. Threw the whole thing in the garbage. FYI, I destroyed it afterwards just to make sure no one tries to salvage it from the trash bin, saved a life. Save your money.
