Mr. Pen- House Plan, Interior Design and Furniture Templates, Drafting Tools and Ruler Shapes for Architecture - Set of 3, Back to School Supplies

The paper behind the template is 9"x12". These have been the most accurate and the most essential part to completing my projects for school and client presentation. I highly recommend Mr. PEN products.After going through so many different brands for my tools and utensils. Mr. PEN kept showing up in my recommended products and I finally let in and bought quite a few items. I hate to have different brands for one project simply cause generally the measurements will vary.With Mr. PEN they have such a huge variety and almost every thing I need to complete a project. All within the same scale and all within the best quality. I can never go back to anything else. They have won my loyalty and I believe they should be resourced for every Architect student.Oh and do I honestly need to mention the competitive prices.It was the price that detoured me before. And I wish I checked with them sooner. Would have saved me so much money that could have gone towards tuition. 10/10 ratings all around.Please read my review and please take my word as true. It worked just perfectly!

The date as of when I am writing this review is December 12, 2018. The first time I ordered from Mr. Pen was two weeks ago and my order was stolen from the mailbox. When I contacted Mr. Pen about what happened two days ago, he sent out a replacement even though it had taken me a week to confirm what had happened to the package.The kindness of Mr. Pen, especially since I had bought the architectural templates from him as a Christmas present for my sister, is deeply appreciated. Mr. Pen was very kind, courteous, and understanding, and that is not always easy to find in a seller in today's world, so I highly recommend Mr. Pen to you as a seller with whom you will be very satisfied and happy to do business with.Now to review the product: I bought the following item, which is a three pack of architectural drafting templates, and they are excellent:"Mr. Pen- Architectural Templates, House Plan Template, Interior Design Template, Furniture Template, Drafting Tools, Geometry Template, Drawing Template, Template Architecture, Drafting Ruler Shapes"The package is 13" x 8 1/2" and includes everything my sister needs in drawing her blueprints. The plastic is strong and appears to be quite durable and each template is transparent so that one can see what one is working on without moving the template.Both Mr. Pen and the templates are top quality and I recommend both to you, the reader, as being well worth your time and consideration. Thank you.

These are in 1/4"=1'-0" scale and are very similar to the "Timely" or Staedtler brand templates I used as a professional home designer and drafting instructor decades ago. These have a mustache cutout, perhaps for Kilroys.They are not dimpled for ink work which will make them a bit more difficult to lift off the surface. Nicely flexible template plastic, these will not shatter. What I am knocking the score down for is the clear plastic as they get hard to find compared to a contrasting color plastic, they are plenty see through (too sheer)House Plan Template has some nice features, a standard 60" tub, and the most toilets, sinks, urinals and bidets I have seen on any template. Has some handy layout guides on the edges but the stairway template would not meet modern international dwelling code. There is not a 1/4" layout scale on the edge of the house planning template but one of the other templates has one that is reasonably accurate.The Interior Design - Kitchen Bath Bedroom would be extremely useful for someone planning with 1/4" scaled floor plan drawings as it has the measuring scale, some standard doors along with even more kitchen appliance and plumbing fixture selections if the House Planning template fell short for your need.Furniture Template has items you would need for workplace design with more chairs and table selections along with desks and equipment items.Overall very satisfied with purchase and good value for the price compared to BC (before CAD) prices for these things.

An absolute NEED in architecture and interior design floor plans. Saved me so much time trying to draw these symbols from scratch.

I like the template but when I open the package there was a lizard in it.
