This is a great little gadget - especially if your bathroom is dark at night. We no longer have to turn on lights, or risk stumbling about in the dard for nighttime trips to the potty!The motion-detector box, which sits on the outside of the toilet, can be moved around to be more or less visible, and you can also manage how quickly the light comes on, based on where you put the motion sensor -- you can place it near the front to detect motion quickly, or you can slide it back on the side of the bowl to trigger the light only when you get right up to the toilet.The battery is easy to recharge via USB, and it only takes a few hours. We've found that the rechargeable battery lasts for 2 - 3 years (on the units that get constant use) before the battery stops holding a charge, which definitely meets my expectations.It's also nice to be able to control the color of the light (if you prefer a specific color, or no color at all), or you can allow it to change colors at will.We have these on our primary bath and in our guest bath (which is particularly helpful for guests who don't want to stumble around your house or turn on a bunch of lights at night).

Where have these been all my life. These work good. They actually work well and stay charged a good long time. They shut off with light one as my battery ones would not no matter how I positioned them. These are best I have ever used. Easy to get positioned. Look nice. A+++ on longevity. Soft glad I got these.

This is now a necessity for a toilet night light! Hubby wanted one for his toilet too! HA! It helps with providing a light for the target and landing spot. I like the rechargeable version as a few hours on charge and you are good to go for several months. I like how you can pick the color for the light - we prefer blues and greens. Bright Red is just not our color, but it is an option. We used to have the battery version, but these are more convenient. This gives enough light to go at night without waking me up fully and therefore not being able to get back to sleep.

Delightful and relaxing...

I've had toilet lights for probably about 5 years. This is something I don't want to live without now that I've had them. You don't have to turn on the "big" bathroom light in the middle of the night. These light up the toilet bowl, and give enough light for nighttime bathroom trips, but not so much light that it totally wakes you up.My original toilet lights took 3 AA batteries, and it seems the batteries wouldn't even last a year, even though I kept the bathroom door closed to prevent accidental motion detection and activation. When the batteries started getting low, (you can tell, because the light flashes red about 5 times before operating normally), I decided to look for a rechargeable one. I found these, and so far, so good! They charge quickly. I've had my new one in place for about a month, and it's working well. Now that rechargeable things exist, I'm going to try to purchase those instead of having to replace batteries so often.

Absolutely love these lights! I have a odd fear of snakes being in toilet and biting my ass in middle of night when I can't see what's actually in toilet . Yes, this is narcotic, I understand that...however, as soon as I step foot into bathroom the sensor triggers and color of my choice is now lighting up the toilet! Usually dark blue or purple If you are actually interested in my color choice . Not only is it very cool but reassures me there isn't an anaconda waiting for my butt...maybe my butt is desired by snaked the size of dinosaurs...who knows! What I am sure of is all my worries are instantly gone when I see my toilet light up like a cheap nightclub from the 80s...my boyfriend hates these lights but it also saves me from cleaning up pee that strays off course and lands on floor, no one likes the smell of men's urine. Conclusion...these lights serve as a multiple purpose gadget that not only keeps my ass safe (literally) but also keeps pee in toilet and off floors! It's a win win for me...oh and they rechargeable, even better! These are an absolute must for anyone who shares my fear. Get yourself some toilet lights your ass will thank you!

We originally purchased as a joke. However we've come to really love these lights. They provide just the right amount of like for night time bathroom visits without disturbing loved ones!!

Good amount of light but not too bright to be distracting.Price could be less. It has a small look about it so it's not too noticeable.I bought a long USB-C cable to charge it when needed.Fairly easy to set up.
