It’s best with slightly cold water. It has a great taste and is easy to digest. I have a good amount of energy for a few hours and I take it twice a day. If you need energy…I would suggest trying it.

I have been using this product for a couple years now. I don't get sick with the flu, colds, etc. MY friends have gotten sick, and we do the same things and we do a lot of things together, but I don't get sick. I don't mind the flavor, but if you don't like it, add some honey. Also sometimes I put it in my cup of coffee.I think you should try it and see if it works for you too.

The taste is a bit tangy but you’ll get used to it!I take it twice a day for optimum benefits. Increases energy. Promotes weight loss. I actually feel and see the difference when I skip it for a few days.

I didn’t realize that this extract was blackberry flavored and sweetened with stevia. Not appropriate for topical use, but actually tastes good.
