I use this espresso powder regularly for adding a bit of oomph to my chocolate. I put a teaspoon or so into brownies and a smidge into homemade chocolate sauce for my ice cream. It dissolves quickly and smoothly and makes the overall product taste a little chocolatey-er. The flavor is nice, not too bitter, so that if I go lightly, you don't even notice the coffee taste, just the flavor boost it gives. Most of the other instant coffee's I've seen are granules, but this one is a fine powder, so as I mentioned, it dissolves really well. I definitely recommend this espresso powder!
