This pergola isn’t worth the money. The shade can be adjusted on each side to achieve the desired shade. Unfortunately, the shade doesn’t stay in place. With every breeze the shade moves up or down. The shade had weighted rails inside each end. But, they don’t do anything. The aren’t heavy enough. I’ve reached out to the company several times asking for a solution to the problem. They continue to tell me they will get an answer in 24-48 hours. I have not to this day received any kind of solution. I can send it back in the original box and they will refund money minus a 30% restocking fee. Since the original box was mangled when we got it we no longer have it. So if I send it back I will be charged a 50% restocking fee. So they make no effort to fix the problem. Any way I look at this situation,I am out a lot of money. Poor business practices. Unfair to paying customers.

We purchased another Pergola last year that we love and wanted another one. Unfortunately, it is no longer being made.This one looked the most like the one we have. However, it is so structurally unsound, we are sending it back. It is not sturdy at all and the canopy slides all over in the slightest breeze. Plus the inside dimensions are 1-1 1/2 ft. smaller than the dimensions given. Very disappointing.

Update: missing parts received after contacting manufacturer; & upgraded to 4 starts. Tricky assembly.The product came packaged with missing parts. When unpackaged, the product was missing necessary components:- Four*(part AA) .. M6x15 Bolt & Washer- One*(part H) .. U-shape kitI’m not sure if it’s possible to get these parts, as Amazon only allows a request for an entire replacement and it already took 2 of us an hour to setup, albeit with missing parts.Otherwise, it could be good, but is currently too unstable.

Love it! Provides much needed reprieve from the heat & sun here in Vegas. The tarp does blow up in the wind but that doesn’t bother me, kind of expected that to happen. Upon opening the box, one of the legs was dented & paint peeled off but I wasn’t about to try to return this monster so I positioned it against the wall of the house, not too noticeable. Also, says 2 people can install but I’d recommend 3-4 as it is heavy!

The shade cover to the Pergola balloons up during strong winds. The only way that I am able to keep the pergola standing upright is to hook the back columns to a wall. I have added 2 x 6 wood to the bottom of the back and sides of the pergola. I have had to fix the shade cover so that it can not move up or down. The only true fix would be to inner the bottom into cement, then you would not be able to move the Pergola to different areas. Big disappointment.

Cant get replacement parts. They do not sell replacement covers either. If the cover wears out you need to buy a whole new cover. Ive had mine less than a year and the canopy is already discolored.Cover cant be removed easily for storage during rain or snow seasons.Customer service very unhelpful. Avoid hassle and move on to a better product. Seriously.

Called the manufacturer and requested missing pieces. They sent random non requested parts. Pergola still not complete.

Fits perfect on the patio over our hot tub. Of all the ones I have looked at this one was my favorite.
