I’m finishing my 2 bottle and gonna start my 3rd shortly. Their peanut butter and chocolate that I bought before, which u can no longer get was really good just mixed with water. This is too sweet with just water but it is really really good with low-fat milk. Curves the appetite great as the orevuous did. Feel better in the afternoon after I use this for lunch. The taste is really amazing. Losing weight too, don’t know how much - don’t have a scale, but things r fitting more loose. Great product!! Highly recommend giving it a try.

So this definitely helps curb appetite and tastes pretty good actually. It doesn't last as long as they claim - but provides a good 3 hours of appetite suppression.

Tastes good and mixes well with water/milk. Powder only fills 1/2 the tub though. Sort of a waste of plastic, but the product is still great.

Chocolate flavor is pretty good. Takes a while to blend it up to get rid of lumps. I tried it 2 meals a day for a week for weight loss with disappointing results. Need to give it another try.

The value of this product is great. I drink it in the morning and I am full until lunch. The flavor is great too.

arrived on time container was sealed is huge.... BUT was less than 1/2 full ....NOT impressed will NOT buy again unless this is remedied... feel as if I have been scammed ... if your going to use such a big bottle ...then fill it ! or just us smaller packaging....curious if anyone else had this problem ? How full was your bottle?

I bought this thinking it was a nutritional meal replacement (which is my bad) but it’s a protein shake. It’s a bit chalky so you have to mix it really well but overall not a bad protein shake. Taste is okay. And it suppresses hunger for about 2-3 hours
