This brand of kadayif is great! It is very finely shredded so the texture is spot on. It is literally ready to put in the pan and cook. Crisped up even easier on the stovetop and the taste was delicious. It smelled like normal good kadayif and worked well for what I needed it. Definitely worth the money ! Especially for it being literally ready to use and chopped up fine already and the size is great I got 2-4 uses out of it for what I needed. Definitely would purchase again.

This stuff is great, no complaints. Fry it in butter for the dubai chocolate bars and it tastes good when cooked right. Plenty comes in the packaging and it's a pretty decent price for great quality. It's easy to seal and I go through it pretty quick so I don't need to worry about the shelf life. If you're not used to the smell of it, it might be a little strange and unpleasant, but you get used to it.

This product was an absolute hit! It worked wonders and toasted perfectly. The taste is incredible, especially when I use it to make Dubai chocolate. Mixing it with pistachio butter is just heavenly! I’m definitely getting another bag.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this dried and chopped kataifi. The texture was light and crispy after baking, and it worked wonderfully for the Dubai bars I was making. It absorbed butter well, giving my desserts a rich, flaky finish. The packaging was secure, keeping the product fresh and easy to store.The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the strands were a bit more broken than I expected, making it slightly harder to work with for my recipe. However, for general use, it’s a fantastic product, and I’ll definitely be buying it again!

The bag looked small at first but it actually holds a good amount of kataifi inside. Good flavor, cooked well. I was happy with this purchase and I will definitely order again. Definitely recommend it.

Very god product! It’s fresh, it’s crunchy, there is no aftertaste of old oil like with other brands. It’s made in Turkey, so it’s very-very thin, like it’s supposed to be. It has no smell. I used half of this pack to make dubai chocolate (6 small ones).
