Good performance at a great price
This aerial provides us with a really good picture in a medium signal area. I had expected to have to install an amplifier but this wasn't required. We fitted the aerial in the loft, using the clamp provide to mount the aerial on a short wood batten.The aerial is good quality, well made and the instructions were clear. You need to take your time assembling the components as like all aerials the parts are easy to bend, probably best to have someone to help support the "arms" while you assemble them onto the main bar.

Excellent - Better Than My Main TV Antenna
Easy to assemble and I use it as my 2nd TV antenna, placed in the loft for my hobby room TV. It actually works better than the main TV antenna we had professionally installed on the roof a few weeks ago!

Loft solution??
Bought this for the 4G filter because I thought my traditional aerial was giving poor or no signal quality, particularly with HD channels. I positioned the new aerial in the same position in the LOFT but didn’t see any real improvement! I suspected, because we are in a strong signal area for BOTH South Wales and the South West(England), that there was a bit of a conflict. However, I am no expert on the technical aspects with TV signal issues and I was almost at the point of moving the Aerial to an outside roof position. As a last ditch attempt to try one final option in the loft, I turned the aerial on its side (45degrees), on the same bracket and in the same position. BINGO! I now have a perfect picture and great quality signal on ALL, including HD channels. A successful outcome may be due to the roof construction, but maybe an ‘expert’ on such matters may be able to explain better!

Loft install works well in strong signal area!
I am 9 miles away from my nearest TV Transmitter. I have left the aerial lying just like that on the floor of the loft. My telly got more than a 150 DTV channels. I am happy. I read a lot about how loft install could go wrong. I bought a signal meter which was worthless. My only gripe is it's not mountable with the bracket provided. But, I still give it 5 stars 'coz I didn't need to mount.
