The product was delicious. Great texture, wonderful taste, crunchy. I was so surprised. I intend to purchase more. If you are skeptical, just try it once. The ingredients are wholesome, filling, natural, and supply a great deal of nutrients that the body needs. Good value for a good product.

These are great, crunchy, seedy, tasty snacks and nutritionally they're not bad at all. You end up with kind of a crumb pile at the bottom of the bag but it's fun digging those out and snarfing them over the kitchen sink so you're wife doesn't freak out when bits fly everywhere.

Let me suggest you don’t mail in an envelope! If there are supposed to be “pieces” I don’t see any!! It’s crumbles!Pretty ridiculous, but tastes good,Next time better be pieces.

Maple brown sugar is my favorite flavor. It’s a guilt free delicious snack that will give you a boost of energy and fill you up. Definitely will buy again!

I’m glad these are healthy, low calorie and low carbs. They could be addictive to me. I love snacks like this to have with my coffee.
