HORI Dual Drop and Charge for PlayStation 4

Works well, a little bit difficult to line up the charging dongles with the base but it charges the controllers effectively.

The concept is good, but mine came with only 1 of the 2 "docks" working. Luckily I only charge one at a time so it works for me, but can't charge both at same time. Hopefully its just a fluke....

Every once and awhile you stumble onto something that just works great and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. That would sum up my experience with the HORI Dual Drop and Charge for PS4. The micro USB attachments are not obtrusive at all when mounted on the controllers and you wont even know they are there until it's time to recharge your controllers in the cradle. At that point you will just smile at how easy it is to just set them into the charger without having to navigate a docking with a micro USB connection.

It failed shortly after use.

Awesome little piece of equipment. There are two tiny attachments that plug into the charging port on the Dualshock. I am using silicon skins and with a very small amount of finess, i was able to get both on with no issues. Because of the silicon skins, I have to set the controllers on the dock very gently to ensure good contact, but none-the-less, they make excellent contact and have kept my controllers charged for my gaming needs. Overcharging is not an issue. Power delivery turns off when fully charged.

I have 4 ps4 controllers and after using this product I want another one. It was way smaller than I expected and it works great. I like that you can play with the charging tabs in the micro usb and drop'em when you need a charge. I haven't used the other chargers but this one is all you need.Update: 3 years and still going strong. Hori is the best!

Was looking for a unit that was drop-in with little effort. Have bought dozens of Hori products in the past, so figured would give this a try.The little nubs are unobtrusive, weigh almost nothing and fit in very securely. The charger unit itself could be slightly heavier but stays in place just fine. Overall, a great charger, especially at the price!

It's not glamorous but works perfectly. The controller doesn't lock into the tray but rests on it. It seems like the PS4 controller was designed specifically for this type of charger.The stand up chargers I've used stopped working because of plastic failure. The issues I've had with other won't happen with this one because there's no moving or locking parts.
