STAY AWAY!! I am not a person that writes review. I had to on this one. I am so disgusted and mad at myself because I let time lapse to try out and return if malfunctioned.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Does not work at all. Advertises no hub needed with app alert. I purchased a gateway so I could get notified when I am away from home.This devise does not register the activity in app, does not alarm when opened, does not connect to gateway for away notification. So all in all, it DOES NOTHING!! Pay attention to the "Does Nots"!! ---Its a 0 star---

Love it, no issues but 1.. This thing eats batteries, eats them at a rate of every 14 days. Be advised.. Otherwise, they are AWESOME!

Not all that complicated to connect. Best to install fresh name brand batteries. Key to success in my opinion is to use new name brand batteries.

Don't buy this device. You suddenly have to subscribe to get notified that the door has been opened.

Never would connect and I need a refund on $49 I paid for sms messaging for this, I need an email address and refund
