Favorite toy
I was told this was the favorite gift out of all for my nephews 8th birthday. We were looking for something rugged because he is hard on remote control toys and tends to break them quickly.

Good for parts, racing on concrete, wheels are not mechanum style
I purchased the toy to break down for a robot idea I have. Cheaper than buying separately.For a young child, it will be boring, as the drive mechanism is just two motors that act differently for turns?So beware, not really for kids thst bore quickly. Good for concrete racing but the wheels will wear out quicklyNOTE: The wheels are not Mercanum wheels. These are close, which makes this toy interesting. But the wheels get jammed with dog or cat hair.

It really moves and climbs as shown.
This was purchased after Christmas but for Christmas for my 3,4,5 yr/old grandchildren and I can say they all loved it! My grandson took over the remote it was easy for him to maneuver all around the kitchen and dining room floors. There's no carpet I don't know if that would be an issue as this thing really moved. The girls each had a turn but my grandson loved it so much it's now his favorite toy. He's 3yr/old. It's not to big you can't store it it appears larger in the photo I think. Easy to use the remote for my 3yr old.I'd recommend this they all love it which makes me happy.

Really? So why doesn't it bark?
This is really an RC stunt car with a robot dog head. Nothing more, nothing less. It works exactly the same (even has exactly the same remote) as the RC stunt car I have. You can call it a dog, but at least give it some floppy ears, a tail that wags and a button that makes it bark.
