Good quality, functions well and allows for a good dose of coffee
I bought this to pair with a bottomless portafilter I bought from Notsek, after researching and finding these are known as the best quality aftermarket baskets you can get. I also wanted one that took 20g coffee grounds (this one takes 18-22g) as I like my coffee a touch stronger.Initially it was VERY (and perhaps a bit too) tight to fit into the portafilter, and took maybe 5 minutes to get out, but after washing both the portafilter and this basket, it fits in much more easily and was still VERY snuggly set in place. I feel that this product is very compatible with the Notsek bottomless portafilter, but the H28 basket I got would be too deep for the standard Bambino portafilter.I held this up to a light and, to my eyes, the holes are very uniform - so I feel this is good quality.I pulled my first shot with this, and I wish I recorded it, as it looks like the ones you see on Instagram - so it is very functional.Cleaning was much easier than the stock portafilter and basket.I bought this one on sale for £15 (down from £17.60 or something like that) so I'd say this is good value for money.

Triple shot - 22g minimum, can take up to 25gm
Update - this does offer deeper richer espressos. Handles very freshly roasted beans well - deep basket means you can get 22gm in and a decent extraction. Difference to stock basket less noticeable as the beans age (eg after 2 weeks post roast) 4 stars as price is highEarly days, but I am not sure I am experiencing a "next level" espresso compared to normal stock basket. i am loading an extra 5 grams or so into the basket as i got really messy pucks at 19gm, so like others think this is best suited to being full (only starts behaving from 22gm and upwards on my current settings). At £40 I'm not sure I would classify this as a "cheap" upgrade. Certainly interesting. Using Barista pro, bottomless p/f.

Great 20g basket
Excellent basket for 20g doses. It’s installed in a normcore 54mm handle for a Sage barista pro. You’ll have to grind finer than you think to bring flow back to your ratio compared with the stock filters

Not precision basket at all
I can’t say enough how frustrated I am. This is not even close to be precision basket. Holes aren’t round and feels cheap. Definitely returning this.
