Bottle Was Spilling
I am not happy the way the lid on one of the bottles was loose and the inner seal was not sticking properly hence why was spilling inside the package!

Didn’t work
This smells like menthol not unpleasant but I find you have to use quite a bit to get a good lather. I use around 3 times a week and my hair is still falling out. No change at all. It’s a lot of money compared to other shampoos that claim to do the same. Disappointed.

Been using this for over 2 weeks and I love it. My hair feels soft, clean and smells lovely. My hair looks healthier and stronger.
