Great for restless legs
This product is a great job of helping you sleep more soundly and alleviate the micro tension that causes restless legs. I found it to be very effective and it allows me to get a full nights rest more consistently. The capsules taste fine and are easy to swallow. Overall, just a great value for the money.

May make you lightheaded. I had a mood dip. Vegetable stearates. Silicon dioxide.
I found the product slightly useful. Nothing spectacular.Sensitive people should be careful with this product. It has several ingredients (passionflower, hops, valerian) that can cause you feel woozy or lightheaded. I experienced this mildly. I wouldn’t take one and drive.I tried this product during a fibromyalgia flare. My muscles had been so tight that it was hard to stand up straight. I could feel my spine curled into a tight, lopsided configuration. A lot of pain, especially in upper back and hip. I took one capsule on an empty stomach. Maybe it helped a little? The second time I took the product I was depressed (but relaxed) an hour later. It’s possible that boosting one neurotransmitter could destabilize others. I don’t know, but I don’t claim the product is responsible.I’m not a huge fan of supplements with many different ingredients because you only need to be sensitive to one to regret using it. However, muscle tension is a problem that doesn’t respond to many interventions. (Yes, I know it’s largely mental, but I meditate and exercise and do other health habits to relax. For some of us it’s just not easy.)Other ingredients, as listed on bottle: “Gelatin (capsule), Vegetable Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.” There’s new research suggesting these might harm immune cells or accumulate in the body. Maybe this isn’t a problem if you’re taking one supplement, but those of us taking many are turning ourselves into ingredient-safety experiments. This is exactly why any responsible supplement company needs to list ALL ingredients in their product listings. So you can make your own choices BEFORE you buy. This product listing details many bad things that AREN’T in their product, which is especially annoying since they don’t tell you what IS in the product.

High quality but pricey relaxation/muscle relaxant capsules.
This supplement is a bit on the pricey side, but it appears to be of high quality. I am familiar with most of the active ingredients which have been available on the U.S. supplement market for many years. This product is described as both a muscle relaxant and a general calming blend. Unfortunately there is a large sticker haphazardly placed right over the ingredient list so I can't weigh in on how much of each particular ingredient this blend contains. According to the product page it originates in the U.S. It does have the GMP seal which I look for whenever buying supplements. I will be taking this as a nighttime relaxation aid and we'll see how it does for inducing relaxation which will lead later on to sleep.

Helps to relax muscles
This supplement has a group of ingredients that are a bit new to me. I haven't noticed any significant effect on sleep, but I don't really have an issue there. It does seem to ease muscle tension from an old skiing accident that comes back to tighen up my lower and mid-back muscles occasionally. I like that it only requires one pill per day.

Muscle Relaxer with Magnesium and Herbs
I get this product because of the combination of ions and several herbs for their complementary effect on muscle cramp. I usually use calcium, iron and magnesium. Sometimes these ions are not always working. Herb might be an alternative choice. In this product, there are seven herbs combined in the capsules. I guess this is the choice with this brand. Please see the attached picture for the list. These ingredients might work in complement to each other and have a combined effect on neuromuscular function. The recommend dose is one per day and this package is good for two months.

Effect felt weak
I have a pretty high stress job and I was looking forward to taking this supplement to help me wind down, but I just am not feeling much of an effect. I wasn't expecting a prescription muscle relaxer effect but at least something that would help me relax at the end of a stressful day. I am half way through the bottle and I only take as needed and not every day. You experience may vary as supplements don't work the same for everyone. For at this price point, I don't see myself buying a second bottle.
