Dark, rich color. Great flavor, full of complexity. Impeccable environmental standards. I won't be going back to my standard grade A organic Maple syrup again. This is a healthier more flavorful option. Worth the money.

My family is from a nearby town of Underhill VT. and suggested I give this syrup a try, that was last year, we did and I have to say this dark robust maple syrup is out of this world. Last years batch was much thicker than the container we purchased this year, not sure why, but the flavor was still very much there and I look forward to ordering again next year in 2022. Family owned and makes me feel good about my purchase. Strongly suggested for all serious maple lovers! Worth every penny.
