I bought this to get my posture right. Especially when I am working in front of a computer, I had a habit of slouching on a chair. The belt prevents these bad habits. Definitely helps.Make sure you don't tighten it too much, it will put a lot of pressure on your back.Don't wear it while sleeping.Overall good buy.

Good value does what it says

I bought an XL, which is the same size as all my t-shirts. The straps are fully extended but still dig into my armpits. It does help my back to feel better when I'm on my motorcycle. I wish I had ordered an XXl.
