I have spoke to customer care regarding my acer wireless keyboard and mouse which I recived defective product on 27th November and same day I make replacement till date I have not recived refund or exchange of product last Sunday I spoke to customer care thay schedule return on 18th dec . Till date return not pick up so I request to refund my amount as soon as possible and whenever you free pick up your item.

Great functionality. Buttons are comfortable to press and feels good while typing. Sometimes, the keys are pressed twice, but it's fine. It is easy to connect. Easy plug and use. Great at conversing power by turning off sensors and indicators when idle. It is lightweight and easy to keep on lap and use.

Go with it, you'll feel like premium. Key are so cool, just small suggestion printing of key's character are slightly left side or upper instead of center. Mouse are just amazing but wheel are adjustable. I don't know the battery durability. Expecting to 12 to 36 month run without any distraction. Will update my review after couple of month use.Cons:Package was broken as you can see in image.Quality of plastic should be improved.Wheel of mouse should be improved

Don't buy acer Products. No service at all. Stoped working scroll button of mouse. When I have complained their reply and support was pathetic.

Looks good, connect fast, slick design, long battery life, soft key.But life expectancy is very less, key strike quality is bad. 2 key has already stucked within the key board within the age of 3 month.Not it's not usable at all
