Great value and a lot of fun
High value for money. Works well and gives a lot of joy to the little ones that it was intended for.

Not bad, not not great.
I'm an adult, but have been making rubber band bracelets for the 2-3 year olds I babysit. I find that the simple bracelets (made with the Rainbow Loom "mini loom," and, for a preschooler, only 18 bands -- as opposed to the 24 bands I used for my sister and I) take under 5 minutes to make, and give me something to do with my hands for a short time in the evening while watching TV or whatever to "wind down" for the night, and the kids will not only wear them themselves, but will even ask for them to give to their friends at school or children they meet at the playground, which is a great exercise in sharing. I also use them for color identification exercises for the almost-3-year-old, and counting exercises for the almost-4-year-old. And the more bracelets they have, the more colors he has to identify, and the more bracelets or bands she has to count. I bought this particular set of bands after I had some requests for "sparkly" bracelets. When I received the set, there were a few broken pieces of bands, which led me to question the durability of the bands. However, so far, I have been pleasantly surprised in that regard. The bands seem to be at least as stretchy as the original Rainbow Loom brand bands, despite the initial feel, and I have yet to have even one band break from among those that were intact when I opened the package. However, the colors and glitter leave much to be desired. The colors are pale and translucent. Although the colors were certainly clearly distinguishable, among pink, blue, yellow, and green, they wouldn't stand out as such from any distance, and were not even close to the boldness of the original Rainbow Loom bands. The glitter too is far too subdued. Although it is quite clear on close inspection that the bands are glittery, it's not immediately obvious from any significant distance, which is what young children generally want, so this was disappointing. I would estimate that the number of pieces of glitter per band is probably in the single digits, or not much over, which is not nearly enough to look really glittery. I also do not think that these bands will mix well at all with the original Rainbow Loom bands, since both the texture and appearance are entirely different.

Brittle & broken
Half bands were in tiny pieces at the bottom of the bag. The rest are brittle & break when stretched. There is also very little glitter making these no different from the regular bands.

daughter loved them!
My 9 year old loved them. They work really well with the solid colors to make cute and sparkly designs.
