Just a quick review since this happened to at least 2 other people, I also ordered a bag of 24 and received 23. So if you don't need all 24 then your good. If you do, order a quantity of 2 bags. This company must not be reading the reviews given by the consumers because they would have fixed the problem already. They need to fire their quality control person! Pretty decent tips at a good price but just like you I like to get what's advertised. Oh, and I hope this company isn't invested in making 4 legged chairs too. LOL

I installed these on 20 student chairs with metal legs, and about 40% have split within the first month under normal usage. Not recommended for these kind of chairs, but probably suitable for tables.

Works

I've put these on our kitchen chairs and have totally eliminated the annoying scraping sound the chairs made against the tile floor. Much cheaper than other leg caps, but certainly effective.

While I like the actual product, the packaging and count needs work. I ordered two packs of 24 each and received a total of 45 pieces. One bag was open and had been taped over while the other bag appeared to be unopened. The first bag was short one piece and the second bag was short two pieces. Fortunately, I had purchased a set of 4 locally to make sure of the size before ordering. The value of the product instantly decreases when you do not provide the quantity advertised.
