This product comes on a pallet that weighs 990 lbs. It is the purchasers responsibility to the get the pool off the delivery truck. I had to pay $50 to have it brought from the local freight company to my house in a truck that had a lift gate which could lower it the 5 feet down to the driveway. I am glad I did this as it would have taken a while to tear the pallet down and unload all the boxes several of which weight a couple hundred pounds if not more. I am sure the driver would have enjoyed that wait too! Also, the pool seems well made however some of the galvanized bottom plates started rusting during installation which took longer than expected because of a lot of local rain at the time. I ended up using some rust proofing primer/etcher and enamel spray paint on these parts and several bottom rails because I was concerned about seeing the rust after only a few weeks. I would recommend doing the same. The pool once assembled has the look and feel of a higher end pool. With a pool this size you also need to make absolutely sure your support blocks are level to each other. I used a builders level to do this and set the blocks first then excavated the area using the blocks as a guide. I also used larger blocks (18"x18") than where recommended in the instructions because over time wider blocks with more surface area are less likely to sink or shift.

Delivery from carrier went smoothly, and they carried items to my backyard. It took myself and two helpers (big strong guys) to complete the install. The more help you can get, the better! Make sure you use lots of sand under or a pool pad, to keep liner from tearing, as the included liner is not very thick. You can purchase a thicker liner for around $250? Installation took about a day and a half after I had a landscaper clear out the grass and level the ground. Make sure you read the installation manual very carefully and watch the included video, as there are many parts involved, and there are certain steps that cannot be skipped. Once completed, it took over a day to fill with water. The filter and pump work well, and I'm pleased overall with the outcome. It's been over six weeks since we got the pool, and the whole family has enjoyed it! We live in So. Cal. Inland, so it has come in handy. As I write this review, it's about 95 degrees outside and the kids are out there enjoying it! I shopped around and found the best price for the size and style on Amazon. The overall quality of the material and equipment is good, so I feel comfortable recommending this product.

This kit is massive. Everything is included for the pool itself (besides filter sand and chemicals). The siding of this is VERY heavy. With four adult men trying to put this up, it was a chore. I recommend hiring a company to install or having as many friends over that will help. Make sure the ground is level or leveled prior to even opening the pallet (yes it comes on a pallet); you really only get one chance at this. If the side wall bends, you loose a support or screw, the integrity will not be what it needs to be to stay standing. I would highly recommend something in addition to regular sand at the bottom of this to prevent grass and other objects poking through the liner (yes, grass will poke through; i've mended the liner several times). All in all, it was worthwhile. But the work to get it up was immense.

The delivery was about the only thing so far that has gone well. The packaging is not organized, in fact there was a washer for the pump hose in side the secondary filter screen. The rest were scattered in the filter box. Missing carriage bolts for the pump motor. And the worst, is that after finally getting in all assembled there is a leak in the plastic elbow leading to the pool. So now I can't run it until somehow I manage to get a replacement part. I bet that will be fun.....In addition to an outlet that also leaks water on the same elbow. The skimmer assembly was very difficult to get to seal. Screw holes lined up very poorly on the top rail as well. Oh, I forgot th mention the bottom drain is also leaky...Overall the Pump is and was the worst part. The parts were , as I said thrown into the box for the most part and what the heck, one lone washer hidden inside the secondary skimmer filter. Amazing. Not to mention the instruction clearly state that the sand should be put before attaching the pump. Lifting that up to secure the bolts after you have put 100lbs of sand in the filter is not so bright.Overall this is a major disaster and I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is a great buy. The pool, pump, liner, and delivery were all better than expected. This pool is well made, sturdy, and will last several years. I paid a local pool installer to complete the installation work as I was in a time crunch. He came out with 2 helpers and it took them all day to complete the install. My kids broke the pool in by having over 12 of them (all teens) in the pool playing vollyball at the same time.

Good deal; a lot of work to install. Filter cord is twist lock may need an adaptor to use a standard outlet.

This is a great item but you will need help putting it together. The walls are the hardest part to assemble.
