My Bosch & Lomb microscope requires an S11 bulb with a medium E26/E27 base. Part # 31-31-15. And this fits! Good brightness and color. No flickering, pleasant to view.I expect this bulb will fit other applications for S11 size with a medium base.

If your internal fridge light is described as a A-19 40W light then this bulb is a very good replacement. The diameter of the glass is good, the length is slightly shorter than the A-19. This has no effect on the quality of light.

A bright, clean-looking light - and as a licensed electrician here, I can say that the bulb colour description in words (Cool White) does not really match North American conventions of lamps with a ~4000K temperature.The description further in (and on packaging) is accurate at 5000K, which is a bulb colour closer to the dreaded blu-ish "Daylight". My bad for not reading all the way through the description.That said, I replaced all 5 bulbs in my refrigerator & freezer and these bulbs are definitely brighter than I am, especially in the morning before coffee :-) - and as my better half attests, will show up all the areas you missed while cleaning..

These are fantastic. I have a newish fridge that still used incandescent bulbs so when one went out I went looking. LED's have come so far over the last decade and these are no exception. They are very bright, provide a nice color spectrum and certainly bring a little new life into an older model. I needed 7 for my specific fridge so I needed 4 packs so I will have an extra, just in case.

Bought two 2-packs of 5000k bulbs to use in a side-by-side fridge/freezer. Fridge takes three bulbs. Freezer, just one. Installed yesterday.I do appreciate the size of these bulbs being smaller... really only matters in the freezer, where an A15 size bulb would extend into food storage space.The brightness of the bulbs is just enough to avoid straining to make things out.As for 5000k whiteness, it's accurate. While I dislike 5000k in general... favoring closer to 4000k or 6500k... the fridge is the one place where this color white is not offensive. Think I would still prefer 6500k.I cannot speak to the CRI accuracy really being 90+... though, I bought these in large part for the 90+. This is the accuracy of the color of the food I'm looking at while it's in the fridge compared to in sunlight. Color Rendering Index. Example: Install new LEDs in a clothes closet... can we still tell the very dark navy blue socks or pants from the black ones without going to a window? I always want 90+ to reduce eye strain of the brain knowing something is off and trying to process it.

So far, so good. I wanted a compact replacement of an original filament bulb in the freezer because I planned to permanently remove the bulb cover to allow for more space in the compartment. The bulb is very bright, likely higher lumens than old one. The 5000degree white reveals everything in the lower freezer compartment well. Probably better diffusion than the corncob (dot tab) style. Would recommend.
