After a strenuous day of hiking, my knees often protest, reminding me of my limits. This ice pack wrap became a staple in my post-hike recovery, offering immediate relief without the fuss of pre-freezing. Its lightweight design meant I could easily carry it along, ensuring I didn't have to wait until I was home to start the healing process. The design also meant I could move around freely, not confined to a chair while I iced my aches away. The durability and effectiveness of this wrap made it a reliable ally in my battle against knee pain and swelling, allowing me to bounce back quicker than expected.

This knee pad works quite well, I’ve tried it with a warm water filling and it did the job nicely.The instructions tell you to fill it 2 thirds full which isn’t obvious, it would have made more sense to give you the volume of liquid to put in. Without any specifics, you have to guess how much to fill with trial an error until you can comfortably fit it on your knee when full of water.The water stayed warm for about as long as you would expect. The outside of the pad is covered with soft fabric but it seemed to be the same temperature inside and out, so I don’t think it is insulating.The sales literature claims you can easily move with it on, but I found it very difficult to bend my knee with it full of water. I didn’t see this as an issue because I wasn’t planning to walk about with it on, I used it while sitting down and relaxing.So far it gets the thumbs up, it doesn’t leak, it fits well and does what I expected it to do. The only improvement would be to make the outside insulating to keep the contents warm or cold.

This is ok for a basic ice pack. You need to have ice on hand in small cubes which isn't typical for the UK. It would be nicer if it was freezable gel! Also insulation would be good too so it doesn't get warm as quickly.

I got this as I've recently had an operation on my knee to fix a torn meniscus. I was advised to use ice packs to help. However I saw this knee brace and had to get it. You fill it with ice and the wrap it round the knee area and it works fantastic. It really helps with the recovery and is easy to put on and adjust. This is perfect for my knee support. The quality is great and no leakage as the ice melts. Well worth getting if you have knee issues

A great way to reduce swelling around your knees. Fill it with some ice, and just let it slowly alleviate the pressure. Fastens around the leg tightly, ensuring the coolness is pressed against the skin. Very good treatment.
