They Were Great for The Narrows Trail
Bought these based on a review. I was looking for shoes to take to The Narrows trail at Zion National Park. They did not disappoint. They were comfortable on land and well ventilated for the water. The front of the shoes offered good protection against the rocks. They were a little squeaky once I was out of the water, but that's fine. They were practical and perfect for what I needed for this hike in late June. I would definitely recommend them for hikes that take you through water. My deepest concern going into this particular hike and this particular shoe was the exposed sides. They turned out to be a non factor for this hike at least. The rocks were all pretty smooth, nothing came close to feeling sharp to me. I wouldn't say a sharp rock or stick wouldn't hurt your feet, but in my experience this never happened. We hiked for 3+hours and I never felt like my feet were getting blisters either. That was mostly in water, I can't speak for dry land. Can't speak for durability,, but they held up for the hike I needed them on.Near the end of the hike I had to do some jogging and these shoes felt just fine to do that as well. I never felt like I was going to lose them and they felt stable.

Clouds under my feet
I am so glad I bought these shoes! They are lightweight and super comfortable. They also have very good arch support. The insole is wonderfully soft. We do a lot of hiking and flea marketing where we are on our feet a lot. My feet never got tired. Because they support the feet so well, they also help my back to not get weary as well. These shoes are very well crafted and the style is very cute. I appreciate that they have elastic strings to tighten the tops when a more secure fit is needed. The tightening feature allows for the perfect fit so as to avoid blisters when walking a lot. The material used cleans up quite nicely keeping the shoe looking nice. These shoes should last me a long time. I will buy another pair of them when they do finally wear out. A very good price for the quality of shoe.

Comfortable and worth the money
I accidentally threw out my Clarks when cleaning last week (yes… I’m still depressed about it) and saw these. Give pen the return policy, reviews and cost i figured it was best to try them before investing in another pair of $80 open hiking shoes again. My Clarks however were narrower and made of nubuck which is heavier in weight but I didn’t feel it on my feet. I loved them. These are lightweight and wider therefore my toes have wiggle room I wish that they came in beige because I really want another pair. Shipment was fast given that I ordered after 8pm last night and they arrived before 5pm the next day. I definitely will decide on another color. These will be great for dog walks, hikes, beach, etc.

Highly recommend
These shoes got a good workout on a recent backpacking adventure. I wore them with wool socks on a hike with several river crossings. There was a lot of bouldering, sandy terrain. Climbs and descents. These shoes were very comfortable and held up well through it all. I selected these because other reviews suggested they had a wider toebox, which was enough to accommodate the wool socks. No blisters or discomfort. These are a great deal and so much cheaper than the big name brands.

Comfortable and adjustable
These were priced well and are comfortable. I was looking for walking sandals and kept striking out. These are cushiony and adjustable. The back strap makes them shorter and the bungee cord makes them tighter. Have to play around with them a bit more to get a good fit but it will be helpful to be able to adjust when my feet get hot and swell. There is cushioning on the sole which is great. I only walked around my house with them on so hopefully they hold up, stay cushiony and last.

Cute, Comfy, and Versatile
I bought these for canoeing. I ended up using them for everything! They are so comfy and I adore the color and how quickly they dry. I will buy them again and have recommended them to a few people who have commented how cute they were!

Very comfortable
These are amazing. I have not used them yet on my kayaking trip (it’s in August) but they are so comfortable. I’ve been walking around the house and them and I know they’re going to work out just great. True to size.

Great except for my little toe tending to pop out from under the strap
I really want to make these work! I like the upper material and the comfortable foot bed. The arch support feels good, which is important to me to keep plantar fasciitis at bay. I got the gray and green ones and like the color combination and their sporty appearance. The stitching, velcro, and material seem sturdy. I'm on the fence about keeping them, though, because my little toes want to pop out from under the strap. I have a wide foot and can often wear 7.5 if the shoe is wide enough. I ordered these in an 8, and they fit well in the width. I might be able to wear a half size smaller, but they only come in whole sizes. I can tighten the velcro heel strap to snug my foot down into the toe box just far enough to hold my little toes in, but that makes the upper press into the top of my foot a bit where it meets my ankle. The material is soft, so it doesn't hurt, but it might not be comfortable long term. I also worry that my little toes will pop back out if I'm hiking or have wet feet. It's annoying to have the end of my toe bump into the strap, and I'm concerned it might cause a blister. My little toes are short compared to the others, so I sometimes have this problem with sandal straps. Sigh!
